Executive/Sr Executive

• Responsible for Goods Inward material verification & Storage in predefined locations.
• CWH (Central Weare house) material issued, storage and transfer in system to spares as per requirement.
• Monitor and audit bin location for reduction of cycle time for material picking and placement at particular loc.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper verification of material against invoice and packaging adherence.
• Resolve issues related material shortage, damage, rust and improvements in material packaging.
• 3.
• Ensure proper verification of outsourced materials and timely closure of their respective production orders.
• Digitalization projects in Goods Inward & material storage area.
• Warehouse management (WM), Bar code GRN and visualisation projects 5.
• Support for Line feeding activities, critical/ spillage material monitoring.
• Co-ordination with respective area owners and handover their material & get acknowledgment for the same 7.
• Perpetual inventory process to be conducted 8.
• Managing all types of audits with a proactive approach to ensure 100% compliance and zero non-conformities (NCs).

Requirements

• Timely clearance of KSB Foundry and other rejection to avoid accumulation.
• Working on Non-Moving items suggested by MRP team for timely clearance.
• Formal education: DME or BE Mechanical Professional experience: Experience in Engineering or related Industry is preferred In years: 5 to 10 years Functional Skills: Store management Goods Inward / Adding (Put away) GRN documentation Inventory management Line feeding Working Knowledge of SAP-MM system Knowledge of Integrated Management system Workforce management & Conflict management Behavioural Skills: · Planning and Co-ordination. · Smart Working · Good Communication. · Cooperation and Team work.
