Payroll Implementation Analyst (SAMpeople)

Join our team as a Payroll Implementation Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of school and Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) payrolls. You'll conduct reconciliations, execute parallel payroll runs, and validate data, all while ensuring compliance with education sector pay scales and pension schemes. This remote position offers a starting salary of up to £38,000 per year and a range of benefits, including 32 days of holiday, life assurance, private dental insurance, and a salary sacrifice pension.

Responsibilities

• Conduct line-by-line reconciliations for historical YTD figures, ensuring zero variance prior to go-live.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate parallel payroll runs for onboarding schools and Multi-Academy Trusts, comparing new system outputs against legacy payroll data.
• Liaise systematically with Implementation Specialists to ensure all necessary onboarding information and data sets are obtained, summarised, and verified.
