Sales Onboarding Specialist

Join Ideals, a leading global B2B SaaS product company, as a Sales Onboarding Specialist. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for delivering structured onboarding programs for new sales reps, designing and running practical training sessions, and supporting the rollout of new sales initiatives. You will act as the bridge between sales leadership, the enablement team, and frontline reps. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in sales onboarding or training, strong facilitation skills, and excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured and effective onboarding programs for new sales reps, focusing on learning the market, product, and building core sales skills.
• Design and run practical training sessions, role-plays, and practice rounds that help new hires build confidence and real-world skills quickly.
• Act as the bridge between sales leadership, the enablement team, and frontline reps, keeping everyone informed, aligned, and moving forward.
