Join Taktile, a leading AI agent platform, as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer. In this role, you will build and ship features end-to-end, improve agent performance, and own your work from implementation to release. You will also engage in team rituals, grow your career, and have a passion for owning systems end-to-end. Fluency in English and prior industry experience in full-stack web applications are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Concevoir et développer des fonctionnalités pour la plateforme d'agent IA de Taktile, en utilisant Python (FastAPI) pour le backend et React et TypeScript pour le frontend.
  • Améliorer le fonctionnement des agents, leur connexion aux outils externes et leur comportement en cas de problème.
  • Participer activement aux rituels d'équipe, tels que les synchronisations quotidiennes, les sessions de planification, les démonstrations et les discussions techniques approfondies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential as we operate in a remote environment requiring clear and effective communication. Strong English skills are also crucial to efficiently interacting with AI

Experience integrating into AWS or similar cloud providers

  • Proficiency with React and TypeScript, and experience building rich, interactive user interfaces
  • Prior industry experience building full-stack web applications (this is not an entry-level position)
  • Strong engineering fundamentals with a passion for simplicity and precision
  • Experience with Python back-end development, building and operating RESTful APIs, and working with databases
  • Experience building chat or conversational UIs, real-time/streaming interfaces, or data visualization
  • FastAPI and Pydantic experience
  • DynamoDB or Postgres, SQLAlchemy
  • Exposure to LLM application development, agent frameworks, MCP, or building developer tools
  • Prior ops or on-call experience

Preferred

  • Experience with distributed systems, async task processing, or observability tooling (tracing, metrics, logging)
