Join Aera Technology as a Principal Solution Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in supporting sales efforts, driving product development, and articulating the value of Aera's Decision Intelligence platform. You will collaborate closely with various teams, conduct live demos, and lead discovery sessions to align solutions with customer priorities. Responsibilities

  • Support sales efforts throughout the sales cycle to win new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct standard and customized live demos, drive proof of concept (POC), proof of value (POV), and skill-building initiation workshops.
  • Collaborate closely with Delivery and Customer Success teams to define and present compelling solution deployment roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to travel ~25% of the time

  • 10+ years experience with 3+ years in a pre-sales role for an enterprise software firm
  • Supply Chain Operations Management exp i.e., Procurement, Manufacturing, Distribution, Inventory Management etc
  • Bachelor’s degree, STEM Engineering or Computer Science; Master’s degree pref
  • Experience with value engineering and business case development
  • Experience writing proposals and SOWs
  • Well versed in process manufacturing and CPG, Chemicals, Pharma, F&B etc

Preferred

  • Experience in Data Science / Machine Learning a plus
