Responsibilities

  • Monitor product functionality, investigate bugs, and collaborate with various teams to enhance user experience.
  • Action daily operational process controls and alerts, investigate and resolve issues, and deliver regular operational tasks.
  • Pull and analyze data using SQL, provide data extracts and dashboard reporting, and automate and optimize controls.

Requirements

  • Numerate with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
  • SQL - Intermediate level
  • Willingness to learn and drive efficiency
  • Fast learning, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately
  • Meticulous with attention to detail
  • Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets - Basic to Intermediate
