Lead DevOps Engineer

Join our team as a Lead DevOps Engineer, where you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our DevOps processes and infrastructure. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers and collaborate closely with various teams to automate and streamline our operations. Your role will be critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Diriger une équipe d'ingénieurs DevOps, en fournissant des conseils, un soutien et une expertise technique.
• Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et maintenir des pipelines CI/CD pour automatiser les processus de construction, de test et de déploiement.
• Gérer et optimiser l'infrastructure cloud pour garantir l'évolutivité, la performance et la rentabilité.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, Cloud Watch or equivalent
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve & document RCA of incidents
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, ECS including managing microservices architectures
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure-as-code & configuration management tools (Terraform, SaltStack or equivalent)
• At least 7 years of experience in a DevOps role, with 2 years in a leadership position
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions or equivalent
• Good knowledge of database configuration, concepts, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Expert knowledge of cloud concepts and services (EC2, S3, RDS, A/ELB, EBS, VPC, Route53 or equivalent)
• Expert level knowledge of Linux. Strong scripting skills for automation and tooling
• Thorough understanding of Security principles and experience in designing, implementing, monitoring proper controls
