Implementation & Workflow Specialist

Join Octus as an Implementation & Workflow Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of technical delivery for our Data and Workflow solutions. You'll manage the end-to-end implementation process, build relationships with clients, and drive project planning and execution. Ownership of the end-to-end technical implementation of complex, customizable UI environments, ensuring seamless onboarding from kickoff through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Project management of large-scale, intricate client projects and partnership with commercial teams to deliver compelling Proof of Concepts (POCs) for prospective clients.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client requirements, customize technical solutions, and remove delivery blockers.

Requirements

• Intellectually curious with genuine interest in credit markets, data products, or financial workflows
• Exceptional project management skills and comfort operating in ambiguity within a fast-paced commercial environment
• A strong track record of delivering technical implementations and custom proof-of-concepts against tight timelines and technical scope
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or product complexity into clear client value for practitioners up to C-suite sponsors
• Self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal technical and commercial teams
• 2+ years in a client-facing role dedicated to technical implementation, complex project management, or sales engineering - ideally within financial technology or financial services

Preferred

• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder client projects, specifically involving large-scale system setups, technical integrations, or environment consolidations
