Staff Software Engineer (Acquisition)

Responsibilities

• Identifying and leading the most consequential technical initiatives across Acquisition Engineering, from first touch through onboarding, activation, and ongoing adoption.
• Setting technical direction for cross-team systems, including architecture, platform boundaries, reliability, and data quality.
• Partnering with GTM Engineering, Salesforce, Onboarding, and Adoption to simplify handoffs and improve end-to-end customer and operator experiences.
• Deep experience designing, building, and operating large-scale backend or full-stack systems in production

Requirements

• Strong collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical trade-offs to senior business and engineering stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to identify and drive ambiguous, cross-cutting problems to resolution without a narrowly defined charter
• Proven ability to influence across engineering, product, and business stakeholders without direct authority
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of technical leadership across multiple teams or a large product area
• Strong product and business judgment, with the ability to connect technical investments to customer experience, growth, and operational outcomes
