Platform Support Engineer

Join Liberis, a leading fintech company that provides innovative funding solutions to small businesses. As a Platform Support Engineer, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving platform issues, owning support cases from start to finish, and building your platform expertise. You will work closely with our global Product and Engineering teams and support our North American customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve platform issues, using SQL, logs, error messages, and code to understand and find solutions.
• Own support cases from start to finish, gathering evidence, clarifying problems, and keeping customers updated.
• Build platform expertise to resolve a significant proportion of requests independently, while meeting response and resolution SLAs.
