Software Engineer (Agent Delivery)

As a Software Engineer, Agent Delivery, you will lead high-impact customer deployments, design and build production-grade AI agents, and integrate them into customer systems. You will work closely with customers to understand their workflows and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Lead high-impact customer deployments from problem definition through production, designing and building production-grade AI agents, workflows, integrations, and supporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to identify workflows where AI agents can fundamentally change how work gets done, owning the technical delivery from end-to-end design and prototyping through implementation, evaluation, deployment, and iteration.
• Build relationships across the customer organization, developing a deep understanding of their workflows, constraints, and goals to ensure that what you build solves the underlying problem.

Requirements

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where documentation is incomplete, and requirements evolve quickly
• Strong experience working with APIs, integrations, authentication systems, and event-driven architectures
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• 1-3 years of experience building and owning production systems in high-growth startups or similarly demanding environments
• Proven ability to debug complex systems in production

Preferred

• Experience working directly with customers is a strong plus
