Web Marketing Program Coordinator

You'll run the operating rhythm, keep the roadmap visible, groom backlogs, track action items, escalate blockers, and support launch coordination. Responsibilities

• Facilitate the weekly SEO/AEO/CRO meeting and keep web team standup mechanics tight: agendas, notes, and action tracking.
• Assemble the written web updates broadcast to cross-functional stakeholders and help prioritize incoming work with input from workstream owners.
• Follow up on action items across workstreams so nothing silently stalls and deliver a weekly one-page status report to leadership.
