Delivery Solutions Engineer

Join Global-e, a leading eCommerce platform, as a Delivery Solutions Engineer. In this role, you will lead technology and integration tracks, help clients understand the platform's features, and provide ongoing education and technical assistance. You will also act as a technical focal point for integrating clients and become a product expert. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in solution design/integration, a firm understanding of systems integration concepts, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and integration tracks in meetings with clients, providing technical expertise and problem-solving support.
• Identify and qualify business opportunities, addressing key customer technical objections and developing strategies to resolve technical impediments.
• Act as a technical focal point for integrating clients, demonstrating and prototyping integrations in merchant environments.

Requirements

• 4 years' experience in solution design / integration with direct client interaction, in SaaS-based environment - solutions engineer role preferred
• Willingness to learn and work with varying technological environments (including emerging technologies), methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT Technology space; as well as
• Ability to multitask and work well under deadlines in a changing environment
• Firm understanding of systems integration concepts, API implementation (RESTful services) and relational databases (SQL)
• Established problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred

• Previous experience in eCommerce and Logistics/Operations environment is a strong advantage
• BA/BS/master's degree in computer science or another technical field
