Presales Solutions Architect

Join Workato, a leading integration and automation platform, as a Presales Solutions Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical alignment with customers during the pre-sales lifecycle, conducting workshops, and defining the customer's future state for AI agents. You will work closely with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and other functions to drive the technical sales stages to completion. Additionally, you will create and deliver custom product demonstrations, manage technical workshops and proof of concepts, and represent the product at field events.

Own the technical alignment with the customer during the pre-sales lifecycle, including workshops and interactions that define the customer’s future state for AI agents.

Effectively team with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and other functions to evangelize the platform, approach, and architecture tailored to the customer’s business.

Create and deliver custom product demonstrations to support the sales cycle, and successfully manage and execute technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs).

Ability to travel as needed and to work flexible hours throughout the sales territory

Hands-on experience with automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, enterprise messaging patterns, APIs and Databases

Ability to lead architectural discussions

Experience with cloud technologies - iPaaS, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure

Good pre-sales experience in a SaaS/iPaas organization

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done
• BA/BS or equivalent education - Computer Science degree
