Responsibilities

• Design and launch global partner programs and performance benchmarks across all GTM partner types.
• Build and scale standardized global processes for partner onboarding and GTM execution.
• Track and report on adherence to recruiting, onboarding, enablement, delivery, and sales benchmarks.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Partner Success, Onboarding, Partner Programs, or related roles
• Proven experience designing and scaling global partner programs
• Deep understanding of the complete partner lifecycle from recruitment through delivery and revenue
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Highly methodical and process-oriented mindset
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end partner operationsExperience operating within complex, matrixed organizations
