Senior Technical Architect

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as a Senior Technical Architect. In this role, you will own project delivery and technical solutioning across a portfolio of customer projects. You will work closely with various teams to ensure customers achieve rapid time to value and optimal ROI from their Braze investment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management and technical integration work, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of customer implementation engagements end to end, from onboarding through go live, and serve as the deep technical resource designing integrations and solutions.
• Design and implement technical solutions, including SDK and API integrations, while managing timeline, scope, and stakeholder alignment for a project.
• Engage with customer stakeholders, from senior staff to Braze end users, to understand business and technical goals and build credible relationships across the account.
