M&E Engineer

Responsibilities

• \- Coordinate and oversee M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works for construction projects.
• \- Review M&E drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• \- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• \- Monitor M&E installation progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• \- Conduct site inspections and follow up on technical issues and rectification works.
• \- Resolve site coordination and technical issues with relevant parties.
• \- Attend site meetings and provide updates on M&E progress.
• \- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
• \- Ensure M&E works comply with project requirements, quality standards, and relevant regulations.

Salary Range

\- $3,500–$6,000

Job Requirements

• \- Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• \- Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E engineering experience.
• \- Experience with A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects will be an advantage.
• \- Relevant M&E experience with a Main Contractor is preferred.
• \- Good knowledge of M&E systems, site coordination, and construction processes.
• \- Good communication and coordination skills.
