Lead hyperscale data center builds from design to handover. 12+ yrs exp & mission-critical required.

We're looking for a Project Director to join our Project Management Consultancy team and take ownership of a complex hyperscale data centre through construction, commissioning, and client handover.

If you love the buzz of a live site, the satisfaction of watching a build come together, and the challenge of keeping a small army of consultants, contractors, and specialists moving in the same direction - this one's for you.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • \-12+ years' experience delivering large-scale construction projects
  • \-Proven experience on hyperscale data centre or mission-critical projects

  • \-End-to-end delivery from design through commissioning and handover
  • \-PMP or equivalent certification preferred

What You'll Bring

  • \-A relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
  • \-Experience within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC), client-side team, or Tier 1 contractor
  • \-A track record of delivering major construction or infrastructure projects

  • \-Solid understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and multidisciplinary coordination

Bonus Points If You've Worked On

  • \-Mission-critical facilities
  • \-Semiconductor manufacturing
  • \-Pharmaceutical or life sciences facilities

Why This Role

You'll be working on the kind of project that ends up in industry case studies, high-stakes, high-visibility, and genuinely interesting from a technical standpoint.

You'll be trusted with real ownership, surrounded by people who know the sector inside out, and backed by a team that takes safety and quality as seriously as you do.
