IT Applications Developer

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM) to meet organisational needs. Ensure system stability, performance, and security.
• Lead and participate in strategic Atlassian projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve issues promptly. Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators.
• Integrate Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems and applications. Support the development and maintenance of custom scripts and automation workflows.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimisation strategies. Conduct regular system audits and health checks.
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with organisational policies. Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Manage change requests and ensure smooth transitions during upgrades and migrations. Develop and implement change management plans.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user guides. Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.

System Integration

• Experience in integrating Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, CI/CD pipelines).
