Floor Leader

• Plan daily activities, set objectives, and assign tasks to the sales team while providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Motivate and support the team to achieve sales goals and objectives through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Organize and ensure proper floor coverage and supervision in collaboration with the store operations team.
