Entry Level Sales Representative

Start Your Sales Career With MPower Direct! MPower Direct is expanding our Harrisburg team! We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and want an opportunity to grow. No previous sales experience is required — we provide paid training and hands-on coaching. This is a face-to-face sales position where you'll meet with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, introduce our energy supplier's program, and assist interested customers with enrollment.

Pay

You Can Earn $700–$1,200+ weekly average earnings

• Base pay + uncapped commissions + performance bonuses and incentives
• Weekly pay New Start Bonus up to $1,500 Top performers earning $75K–$130K+ annually
