Warehouse Associate Universal Presentation Concepts Madison, WI About UPC Universal Presentation Concepts (UPC) has been designing and manufacturing retail store fixtures and point-of-purchase displays in Madison, Wisconsin, since 1978 .

The Warehouse Associate receives, identifies, labels, and stores incoming products from vendors and production.

Key responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records using software, and helping keep the facility safe, clean, and orderly. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to meet shipping deadlines. Associates must be able to lift and move materials weighing 35 pounds or more, up to 70 pounds, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• This role also pulls materials needed for daily production and prepares finished products for customer orders scheduled for shipment.
• Hand tools Education & Experience Knowledge and use of ERP systems preferred

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

Preferred

• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
