Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack, Practice Engineer)

Join NexHealth, a fast-growing healthcare technology company, as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for building and shipping features across our customer-facing web app, iOS app, and backend services. You will own features end to end, from problem definition to design, launch, and iteration. You will also mentor other engineers and influence decisions beyond your own work. This is a remote position with a high-ownership, self-directed working style.

Responsibilities

• Concevoir, développer et déployer des fonctionnalités pour l'application web et l'application iOS, ainsi que pour les services backend.

• A track record of owning customer-facing features from problem definition through design, launch, and iteration
• Experience building and shipping features on iOS alongside web
• A high-ownership, self-directed working style that thrives in a small, remote team with little process
• Strong modern frontend skills in React and TypeScript, paired with real backend depth: API design, data modeling, and working with production databases. You're genuinely full-stack, not a backend engineer who occasionally touches the UI

Requirements

• Clear written communication. On a distributed team, most decisions happen in writing
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer building customer-facing products
• Experience partnering closely with product and design as a peer, contributing ideas rather than just implementing specs
• Hands-on experience building with AI or agentic systems
