Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack, Practice Eng)

Join NexHealth as a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack, Practice Eng) and take ownership of building and shipping features across our React/TypeScript web app, iOS app, and backend services. You'll define problems, shape solutions with product and design, build and roll out features, and iterate based on user feedback. You'll also mentor other engineers and influence product direction and technical approach. This is a remote position with a small, distributed team and a high-ownership, self-directed working style.

About NexHealth

Strong modern frontend skills in React and TypeScript, paired with real backend depth: API design, data modeling, and working with production databases. You're genuinely full-stack, not a backend engineer who occasionally touches the UI

Responsibilities

• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des fonctionnalités pour notre application web React/TypeScript, notre application iOS et les services backend.
• Définir le problème, façonner la solution en collaboration avec le produit et le design, construire, déployer et itérer.
• Mentorer d'autres ingénieurs et élever le niveau de l'équipe en matière de conception, de révision et de livraison.
• Experience partnering closely with product and design as a peer, contributing ideas rather than just implementing specs
• A track record of owning customer-facing features from problem definition through design, launch, and iteration
• Clear written communication. On a distributed team, most decisions happen in writing
• A high-ownership, self-directed working style that thrives in a small, remote team with little process
• Experience building and shipping features on iOS alongside web

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer building customer-facing products
• Hands-on experience building with AI or agentic systems
