Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Practice Engineering)

Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer, where you will build and ship features across our React/TypeScript web app, iOS app, and backend services. You will own features end to end, define problems, shape solutions with product and design, build, roll out, and iterate based on usage. Hands-on experience building with AI or agentic systems

Responsibilities

• Construire et expédier des fonctionnalités sur notre application web React/TypeScript, notre application iOS et les services backend qui alimentent la planification, les paiements, les formulaires, la messagerie et la vérification d'assurance.
• Posséder des fonctionnalités de bout en bout : définir le problème, façonner la solution avec le produit et le design, la construire, la déployer et continuer à itérer en fonction de son utilisation réelle.
• Mentorer d'autres ingénieurs et élever le niveau de l'équipe en matière de conception, de révision et de livraison.
• Experience building and shipping features on iOS alongside web
• A track record of owning customer-facing features from problem definition through design, launch, and iteration
• Experience partnering closely with product and design as a peer, contributing ideas rather than just implementing specs
• Strong modern frontend skills in React and TypeScript, paired with real backend depth: API design, data modeling, and working with production databases. You're genuinely full-stack, not a backend engineer who occasionally touches the UI

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer building customer-facing products
• A high-ownership, self-directed working style that thrives in a small, remote team with little process
• Clear written communication. On a distributed team, most decisions happen in writing
