Test Manager

The Test Manager leads end-to-end testing for system implementations, ensuring quality delivery across all testing phases, including SIT, UAT, Security, Performance, Operational Readiness, and Data Migration.

Responsibilities

• This role drives test strategy, execution, and governance to support successful and timely project releases.
• Provide leadership and direction across all testing activities

Define overall test strategy, plans, and objectives

• SIT, UAT, Security, Performance, ORT, and Migration Ensure proper allocation of resources, including team, environments, tools, and data
• Review and approve test plans and test cases for quality and completeness
• Monitor testing timelines, risks, and progress to meet project milestones
• Report overall testing status to stakeholders and drive issue resolution
• Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and business units
• Establish and enhance testing frameworks, standards, and processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews

Requirements

• We Value Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in test analysis and design, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of testing types, levels, and techniques
• Technical Expertise Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, IBM Rational) Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, IBM FT) Strong background in test planning, design, and execution
• Knowledge of regression testing frameworks

Preferred

• Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
• Familiarity with testing models (CMMi, TMMi, TMAP) is a plus
• Testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB, ISEB, TMAP) preferred
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC Programming experience is an advantage
