Responsibilities

• Arrow provides specialized services and expertise across the entire product lifecycle.
• Arrow does this by connecting customers to the right technology at the right place, time, and price.
• This position requires fluency in English, please provide your CV/resume in English.
• Manage training materials and resources.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, printing of training materials and participant rosters.
• Facilitate New Hire Orientation/ Annual Training sessions.
• Maintain records in ETQ.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience supporting the training team, onboarding new employees.
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively convey information and engage participants in all areas of training.
• Plans onboarding based on hiring forecasts and preparing materials well in advance.
• Ability to manage multiple training programs and logistics efficiently.

Pay

Apply now! #LI-AM2 Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $19,991.67 - $26,000.00 MXN Monthly Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
