Operations & Enablement Associate

Join Progyny, a leading fertility benefits management company, as an Operations & Enablement Associate. In this role, you will provide operational support across an assigned client market, partnering closely with Client Success Managers and the Market Leader. You will track client-related requests, maintain accurate account records, and compile reports on client activity and operational trends. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys making complex environments run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Koordinieren und Nachverfolgen von clientbezogenen Anfragen, Aktionspunkten und internen Verpflichtungen in Ihrem Markt.
• Pflegen und regelmäßig Überprüfen von Kundenkonten und Kontaktdatensätzen, um sicherzustellen, dass wichtige Interaktionen, Entscheidungen und die Kontohistorie genau, vollständig und aktuell sind.
• Partnerschaft mit dem Marktleiter zur Verfolgung von Marktprioritäten, Kundenmeilensteinen und Teaminitiativen.

Requirements

• Sound judgment about when to resolve something independently, when to loop in a CSM, and when to escalate to leadership
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex situations, document decisions, and build effective working relationships across teams
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in client success, customer support, operations, or a related business field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and follow through reliably without being reminded
• Proficiency in or willingness to learn CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus), Microsoft Office, and the tools and systems used to manage client work and shared content
• Comfortable working with data — you can use reports and summaries to identify trends, validate information, and translate findings into clear, actionable updates for leadership
• Proactive by default — you identify what needs to happen next without being asked, follow up persistently and professionally, and handle confidential information with discretion
