Business Operations Specialist

Second Front Systems, a dynamic and innovative company, as a Business Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating employment, IT, legal, and administrative workflows across EMEA operations, U.S. shared services, and European providers. You will manage Dutch employment administration, track external provider deliverables, and compile entity and cost-center data for consolidated EMEA reporting.

About Second Front

• A track record of coordinating external payroll processors, HR platforms, accounting firms, legal counsel, and corporate service providers
• Experience managing employment across multiple countries, legal entities, and contractor models, including employer-of-record arrangements

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary EMEA back-office point of contact across Dutch and UK entities, ensuring smooth operational communication.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, People Operations, HR operations, or cross-functional subsidiary administration
• Based in the Netherlands, with demonstrated experience supporting Dutch employment administration, payroll coordination, and local HR/benefits provider relationships
• Fluent written and spoken English for stakeholder coordination and documentation

Pay

EUR 65,000 - 78,000
