As a Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering quality service and administrative support to our management team.

Responsibilities

• You will engage with customers, provide information on our products and services, drive sales, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with patrons.
• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with all staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Effectively handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, adhering to cash and stock reconciliation procedures.
• Uphold the aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
• Maintain product knowledge for all soccer and retail operations.
• Provide administrative and clerical support for the management team, including word processing, coordinating reception paperwork, and database maintenance.
• Perform other duties as necessary, compatible with the position's nature.

Requirements

• Passion and knowledge about the soccer industry, with a personal commitment to health and wellness.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to tasks and duties, capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and some evening shifts.
