Responsibilities

• Delivering and staging orders while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way.
• You prefer a sedentary role with minimal customer interaction.
• Customer Interaction: Locate and load customer orders onto vehicles or trailers, ensuring accuracy and meeting customer needs.
• Deliver completed orders to the Will Call Counter and Drive-Thru areas and stage products for loading or delivery.
• Pick products using an RF scanner, update inventory in ERP systems, and maintain proper records to ensure inventory control.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, following all prescribed methods and safety procedures.
• Keep the warehouse accessible and safe for employees, customers, and visitors by adhering to cleanliness and organization standards.

Requirements

• Efficiency and attention to detail in warehouse operations.
• Interacting with customers, solving logistical challenges, and working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• A proactive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• 0-1 year of experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Forklift certification (training provided on-site).
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously.
