Responsibilities

• Perform DEXA scans (bone density and body composition) and guide clients through a seamless, professional experience
• Own your scanning days—manage your schedule, equipment, and client flow with autonomy
• Work in our storefront locations, delivering consistent, high-quality scans
• Handle light administrative work and equipment care
• Complete paid onboarding training (one week, travel covered) to learn our systems and scanning protocols

Requirements

• You love one-on-one interaction and creating great experiences. You're warm, professional, and can make anyone feel comfortable—without the pressure of building your own book of business.
• You don't mind early mornings or getting your hands dirty. You're resourceful—when something's broken, you fix it or propose solutions instead of waiting for someone else.
• New York State Radiography license
• OR ARRT certification (Radiography)
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

Pay

$53.00/hour

Stock options through performance bonus and additional grants based on performance

All team members regardless of position are eligible for additional stock option grants and profit sharing based on performance. We expect both cash and equity compensation to grow as the company scales.
