Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a global team of SDRs responsible for generating qualified meetings and pipeline.
- Build and optimize outbound prospecting strategies across target accounts, regions and verticals, including signal-based programs driven by market events.
- Partner closely with AEs to create targeted outbound campaigns and define the SDR-to-AE handoff, including qualification standards.
