Sr Operations Coordinator (Day)

Join HIVED, a rapidly growing climate and logistics startup based in London. As a Sr Operations Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for drivers, ensuring high delivery performance and quality. You will manage day-to-day operations, champion initiatives for a positive driver experience, and ensure driver compliance with HIVED's requirements. This is an on-site role with a shift pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off.

Responsibilities

• Champion initiatives that foster a positive driver experience and promote retention, serving as the primary point of contact for driver inquiries.
• Achieve daily business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide comprehensive driver support, including scheduling and addressing on-the-road queries.
