Sr Operations Manager (Day)

Join HIVED, a rapidly growing climate and logistics startup based in London. As a Sr Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site performance during your shift, managing both on-the-road and in-depot operations. You will lead a team of Coordinators and Shift Managers, ensuring exceptional performance and compliance. This is an on-site role with a 4 days on, 3 days off shift pattern.

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the depot, ensuring exceptional performance in both on-the-road (OTR) and under-the-roof (UTR) activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee driver set-off in the morning, proactively support drivers throughout the day, and manage driver capacity and compliance.
• Lead and inspire a team of Shift Managers and Coordinators, driving continuous improvement initiatives and developing standards and operating procedures.
