Sr Operations Coordinator (Day)

Join HIVED, a rapidly growing climate and logistics startup based in London. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for drivers, ensuring high delivery performance and quality. You will manage day-to-day operations, champion initiatives for a positive driver experience, and ensure driver compliance with HIVED's requirements. This is an on-site role with a shift pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off, including one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Champion initiatives that foster a positive driver experience and promote retention, serving as the primary point of contact for driver inquiries.
• Achieve daily business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide comprehensive driver support, including scheduling and addressing on-the-road queries.
