Responsibilities

• You design the business logic of enterprise agents.
• You work with the AI engineers and the client.
• You change business processes into clear specifications for agents. · 10+ years; 2+ years of relevant experience in Copilot Studio and building AI agents.
• Lead discovery sessions with business and IT teams.
• Divide each business process into tasks for agents.
• Write the functional design for each agent.
• Define the business rules, exceptions and approval steps.
• Define which system holds each data item: Salesforce or D365.
• Define the access rights for each agent action.
• Write acceptance criteria and test cases with the engineers.
• Approve the agent behavior against the test cases.
• Show the solution to client stakeholders.
• Help junior consultants write specifications.
• Experience with processes that cross CRM and ERP.
• Experience as lead on client projects.
• Experience with Copilot Studio agents.
• Knowledge of Azure and Power Platform.

• Required 10+ years in enterprise business applications.
• Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce.
• Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 FnO.
• Experience with fit-gap analysis, functional designs and UAT.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Entra ID and role-based access.
• Experience with MCP or connector integrations.
• Experience with tests for agents.
