Software Engineer (Mobile, iOS)

Join Compass, a leading real estate technology company, as an iOS Engineer. In this role, you will contribute to building a mobile platform that enhances the home buying and selling experience. You will collaborate with engineers, product, and design teams, work independently on feature development, and maintain high standards of code quality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Contribuer à la conception, à la planification et à la priorisation des fonctionnalités, et construire des composants de manière indépendante.
• Collaborer avec d'autres ingénieurs pour faire progresser la plateforme, en proposant des initiatives dirigées par l'ingénierie.
• Participer aux revues de code, aux revues de conception d'équipe et écrire des tests de haute qualité.
• Familiarity with modern Swift development practices, such as SwiftUI and Swift Concurrency
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering stakeholders to implement solutions which surprise and delight our customers
• Experience integrating with RESTful backend services

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional iOS development experience using Swift and shipping apps to the App Store
• Exposure to reactive programming frameworks is a plus
• A keen eye for design and attention to detail. The products you build should not merely be functional but should also be well-crafted and user-friendly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals and iOS design patterns and best practices
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• BS in CS or equivalent practical experience
