As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be part of an engineering squad focused on optimizing tech solutions for low-downtime solar power plants. You will design, implement, and deploy reliable production software, collaborate with your team, and mentor junior developers. Responsibilities

  • Deliver value by internalizing objectives and delivering measurable change for Nexamp and its customers.
  • Design, implement, and deploy reliable and efficient production software in the React/Django/Azure stack.
  • Actively collaborate in sprint planning, execution, code reviews, demos, and retrospectives, and guide and inspire more junior developers.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases

  • Understanding of cutting edge AI tools and a commitment to leveraging them to rapidly deliver high quality software
  • Eagerness to develop a fundamental understanding of how Nexamp operates and then apply that knowledge effectively to inform business decisions
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git, CI/CD pipelines for automated testing & deployment, and infrastructure tools like Terraform
  • Experience leveraging debugging expertise and a proven track record of independently solving problems
  • 7+ years of full stack software development experience at companies with 10 or more developers
  • Experience building and optimizing consumer-facing frontend applications in React and TypeScript
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating information, ideas, and perspectives with people inside and beyond your organization
  • Robust understanding of web standards, infrastructure (databases, storage, caching, content delivery, etc.), and cloud platform offerings
  • Ownership mentality and initiative to make improvements to code, processes, and user experiences across the organization
  • Expertise in building strong internal and external relationships with customers and stakeholders, instilling trust and loyalty across the industry
