Senior Software Engineer (Infrastructure)

Pie Insurance, a rapidly growing insurtech company, as a Senior Software Engineer (Infrastructure). In this role, you will define and evolve our AWS infrastructure as code, apply security and compliance practices, and collaborate with product management, designers, stakeholders, and fellow engineers throughout the development process.

• You will also participate in peer code reviews, write clean and efficient code, and assist our support and operations teams in resolving production issues.

• Définir et faire évoluer l'infrastructure AWS en tant que code en utilisant CDK, en traitant l'infrastructure avec la même discipline de révision, de test et de publication que le code applicatif.
• Appliquer des pratiques de sécurité et de conformité appropriées à une industrie réglementée, en soutenant SOC2 et des audits similaires.
• Participer aux revues de code entre pairs pour les changements d'application et d'infrastructure, en veillant à la livraison d'un code de haute qualité et au respect des normes de codage.
• Deep understanding of network topology (VPC, Security Groups, Route53) and IAM access controls

Preferred

• Adopts an Agile mindset focused on delivering small, incremental improvements that provide tangible value to the customer
• Strong expertise in backend and infrastructure software engineering, with expertise in TypeScript (C# experience is a plus)
