Data Centre Safety Manager

Join Mistral, a leading AI solutions provider, as a Data Centre Safety Manager. In this role, you will build and lead a comprehensive health and safety program for our rapidly expanding data center operations. You will work closely with various teams and partners to ensure safety compliance and risk management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in health and safety in operational or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational health and safety management framework for the data center portfolio, including policy, critical-risk standards, and management reporting.
• Lead regular risk assessments, inspections, and assurance reviews; prioritize findings by severity and exposure, assign owners, and verify corrective actions.
• Provide safety oversight for electrical work interfaces, energized equipment, isolation and lockout/tagout, and review method statements for high-risk activities.
