IP Rights Manager

Join Mistral, a leading AI solutions provider, as an IP Rights Manager. In this role, you will manage the operational backbone of how Mistral handles rights, obligations, and restrictions across licensed datasets. You will work closely with colleagues who negotiate agreements commercially and legally, translating their work into systems, workflows, and databases that ensure compliance and scalability. Your responsibilities will span the full lifecycle of data-related agreements, and you will develop and run AI workflows for contract review assistance, obligation extraction, and compliance monitoring.

• Clear inbound data usage requests by researching rights status, scope, obligations, and restrictions before data enters Mistral systems.
• Review data-related agreements and codify their key terms into structured metadata, maintaining the team's template library and playbook alongside Legal.
• Build and maintain a central database as the single source of truth for every signed data-related agreement, covering permitted uses, confidentiality, and re-use permissions.
