Supplier Quality Engineer

In this collaborative position, you will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to drive supplier quality excellence. Responsibilities

• Conduire des programmes de qualité des fournisseurs, y compris des audits, des évaluations, des examens de préparation et des activités de qualification.
• Identifier et atténuer proactivement les risques liés aux fournisseurs pour renforcer la fiabilité des produits.
• Collaborer de manière transversale pour résoudre les problèmes de qualité, gérer les matériaux non conformes et promouvoir la clarté technique.
• Experience using data analysis tools to monitor trends and define metrics
• Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM reports
• Working knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence suppliers in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with machined parts, sheet metal, PCBs, cable assemblies, or electromechanical systems

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and root‑cause analysis skills

• 2+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, supplier development, or manufacturing engineering
• Ability to travel up to 40% as needed to supplier and manufacturing sites
• ASQ CQE or similar certification
• Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, ISO 9001, and IPC standards

Preferred

Experience with ERP/MES systems

• Background in aerospace, defense, automotive, medical device, or similarly regulated industries
• Familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, and measurement system capability analysis
