GTM Manager

Powerdot, a leading electric vehicle charging network, as a GTM Manager. In this role, you will own a portfolio of strategic partners in France, driving performance through commercial judgment, operational credibility, and analytical discipline.

Responsibilities

• You will strengthen operational and technical foundations, identify and execute activation opportunities, set performance goals, lead partner reviews, represent Powerdot in commercial discussions, and coordinate with various teams to unlock growth.

• You are operationally credible and comfortable discussing integrations, data feeds and pricing configurations

Languages: Native French and fluent English

• You are analytical by default and can translate performance data into a clear conclusion and recommendation
• You take ownership, close loops and bring recommendations rather than waiting for instructions

Requirements

• You can hold a commercial position, including saying no, while protecting a constructive relationship

Seniority: 4 - 6 years of relevant experience

• You have experience owning commercial partnerships where the partner controls the end-customer relationship
• You are comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-functional international environment

Preferred

• Experience in EV charging, energy, fuel cards, fleet or mobility
• Experience with roaming, interoperability or partner integrations
• Existing relationships in the French mobility ecosystem
