Full Stack Software Engineer (Growth)

Responsibilities

• Concevoir et exécuter des expériences pour améliorer la conversion des inscriptions, l'achèvement de la première action et la rétention des utilisateurs.
• Développer des fonctionnalités qui aident les écrivains à gagner plus d'argent sur Substack et à trouver un public.
• Collaborer avec des designers, des écrivains, du personnel de soutien et d'autres pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des produits.
• Hold yourself and others to a high standard when working on production systems

Requirements

At least 3+ years of software engineering experience

• Believe in Substack’s mission to build a better business model for writing
• Independent and autonomous. We’re too small to micromanage, and expect that every person at the company owns their work and can be a leader

Preferred

• Experience at a fast-growing startup or working on a high-performing growth team is not required, but is a plus
