Responsibilities

• Contribuer à l'augmentation du modèle d'abonnement direct existant en développant des fonctionnalités qui aident les créateurs à tirer parti des opportunités de parrainage.
• Collaborer avec des designers, des rédacteurs, du personnel de soutien et d'autres pour concevoir, rechercher, mettre en œuvre et déployer des produits.
• Travailler avec TypeScript, Node/Express, React et Postgres pour construire des fonctionnalités frontend et backend.
• Hold yourself and others to a high standard when working on production systems

Requirements

• Experience at a fast-growing startup or working on a high-performing growth team is not required, but is a plus
• Independent and autonomous. We’re too small to micromanage, and expect that every person at the company owns their work and can be a leader
• At least 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Believe in Substack’s mission to build a better business model for writing

Preferred

• Experience working with ML technology would be beneficial
