Senior Engineering Program Manager (Firmware)

Join WHOOP, a leading performance optimization company, as a Senior Engineering Program Manager. In this role, you will lead the firmware development for new WHOOP devices, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure timely delivery of firmware features. You will be responsible for program planning and execution, developing integrated schedules, driving prioritization and risk management, and facilitating cross-functional program reviews. Responsibilities

• Assurer la planification et l'exécution des programmes de firmware à travers le portefeuille NPI de WHOOP, en veillant à l'alignement entre les produits, l'ingénierie et les opérations.
• Développer et maintenir des calendriers intégrés de firmware, des feuilles de route et un suivi des dépendances à travers plusieurs projets matériels.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d'ingénierie pour conduire la priorisation, la planification de la capacité, la gestion des risques et la préparation à l'exécution.

Requirements

• Ability to travel internationally to support engineering builds (up to 5%)
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience in firmware development
• Experience coordinating with hardware engineering, manufacturing, and global external partners
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or related roles supporting embedded systems, firmware, or hardware product development
• Experience leading complex embedded projects from concept through production release
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong understanding of embedded systems development, firmware release processes, and hardware-software integration challenges
