Senior Business Operations Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority cross-functional workstreams and initiatives from planning through to execution, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Develop operational strategies for new product launches, enabling international market expansion, and evaluating new business models.
• Build and maintain project plans, operating cadences, status reporting, and documentation that enable teams to execute effectively.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and is motivated by delivering high-quality execution
• Demonstrated ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, develop data-driven recommendations, and translate strategic decisions into actionable cross-functional plans

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategic program management, management consulting, or operational strategy, ideally within a high-growth technology or consumer electronics company
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides, Slack, Smartsheets, and other similar project management tools
• Proven ability to independently own and deliver complex projects or workstreams from planning through execution with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated success managing multiple cross- functional priorities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks, communicating progress, and driving accountability
• Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions
• Effective communicator who collaborates well across functions and builds trusted working relationships through reliability, ownership, and follow-through
• High degree of ownership, adaptability, and urgency—ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen

Preferred

• Experience supporting manufacturing or consumer electronics operations is preferred
