Responsibilities

• Own the full growth experimentation cycle - from spotting opportunities in the funnel to shipping, measuring, and deciding what to kill or double down on.
• Build and iterate on activation, onboarding, sharing, and retention flows that turn first-time users into daily habits.
• Partner with product, marketing, and data to surface growth levers and ship improvements that compound over time.
