DevOps Engineer

WalkMe, a leading digital adoption platform, as a DevOps Engineer. In this role, you will be part of our Cloud Engineering team, working on our revolutionary runtime engine and transforming the online experience for millions of users. You will assist in managing deployment pipelines, implementing observability solutions, supporting local development environments, and improving the security of our infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• You will also help troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues, evaluate and integrate new technologies, and develop and maintain automation scripts and tools.
• This position requires a proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and adopting new technologies, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Assister à la gestion des pipelines de déploiement pour faciliter les mises à jour logicielles.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer or similar role
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and adopting new technologies
• Familiarity with security best practices and tools for infrastructure and application security
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Proficiency in AWS cloud platform

• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Expertise in managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation with tools such as Gitlab
• Experience in managing databases, such as Mysql, Postgres and MongoDB
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar

Preferred

• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Proven Software development experience, preferably gained at a venture-backed startup or a top technology firm
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
